CONDITIONS:

Toute commande validée entraîne l'acceptation totale des conditions générales selon le devis, dates et cachets convenus.

All confirmed bookings imply the total acceptance of the general conditions according to the offer, dates and fees agreed upon.

CACHET:

- La réservation d'un show s'effectue par le paiement d'un acompte de 30% de la totalité TTC de la somme, soit par virement bancaire, soit par chèque bancaire et accepté selon les délais fixés par DALIDA SHOW lors de l'établissement du devis (TTC).
- Le solde restant doit être réglé dès réception d'une facture le soir même.
- Le cachet de la prestation ne comprend pas VHR : les frais de Voyage, d'Hébergement et de Restauration.
- Tous nos prix sont TTC, en euros et fixés par DALIDA SHOW.

FEES :
- The booking fee for a performance is the advance payment of 30% of the total fee (including taxes and expenses) either by bank transfer, or bank check and received within the deadline indicated by the DALIDA SHOW booking offer.
- The remaining fee must be paid cash at the time of the performance upon receipt of the bill.
- The basic show fee does not include VHR expenses : Voyage (travel) Hotel Restaurant.
- All our prices are TAXES INCLUDED in euros and are stipulated by the DALIDA SHOW.

ANNULATION:

Toute annulation d'une commande entraîne la non restitution de l'acompte versé. Cette somme sera engagée pour dédommager l'artiste et compagnie du DALIDA SHOW..
En cas d'annulation de notre part, nous nous engageons à vous restituer la somme versée en acompte. Aucun dédommagement n'est prévu par le DALIDA SHOW.

CANCELLATION:
All booking cancellations imply that the booking fee shall not be refunded.
This fee is a compensation for the artiste and the DALIDA SHOW company.
Any cancellations on our part imply that the booking fee shall be entirely refunded.
No further compensations are considered due by the Dalida Show.

However this clause may be included in the contract:
Cancellation of this Contract by the Client shall be as follows;
a) More than 30 days from the performance date; No remaining fee payable.
b) Between 22-30 days from the performance date; 25% of the full fee.
c) Between 15-21 days from the performance date; 50% of the full fee.
d) Between 8-14 days from the performance date; 75% of the full fee.
e) Between 1-7 days from the performance date; The full fee will be payable.

DALIDA SHOW - International Rider:

A specific DALIDA SHOW rider, solo or incorporating dancers and/or musicians, will be included in the offer depending on the exact description of the sort of event and details of the client's venue included in the request.

SAMANTHA BENNIS - a singer-dancer-actress, an international entertainer, currently touring the south of France with the DALIDA SHOW, a Tribute Act.

Dalida, a french-italo-egyptian entertainer, was the european Queen Of Pop, for 30 years untill her untimely death in 1987. My Dalida Show is a two hour song & dance act sung live with backing tapes, with or without dancers! I could trim it down to a 90 minute show for Las Vegas, etc.

It's basically divided into three aspects/acts/sets :

DALIDA INTERNATIONAL:
sung in French, Italian, Spanish, English, German, Hebrew & Egyptian.

DALIDA SHOW-WOMAN:
excerpts from her TV Specials and her shows at Carnegie Hall in New York
and the Palais des Sports in Paris.

DALIDA DISCO QUEEN: an entrancing medley of her international disco hits!

- SI LA LOGE FERME A CLEF, MERCI DE NOUS PROCURER UN JEU.
- ELLE DOIT ETRE ECLAIREE, MUNIE D'UN GRAND MIROIR SUR PIED, EQUIPEE AU MINIMUM:
